How do you align yourself energetically with the people around you?
Let's talk about how aligning yourself with the natural flow of high vibe energy can support you, and how negativity and low vibes can do you a disservice.
Just because you "think" or make a "conscious effort" to be high vibe doesn't mean it always works or sticks. Sometimes we need a little help from our friends or family.
When we surround ourselves with supportive people and use various tools to support us, it can make a huge impact on your energetic alignment.
By listening to your body, you will know right away if the people around you are draining you. If the people in your life don't support you it will feel exhausting just being around them. Your spirit will feel tired, your inner light will dim, your authenticity will shrink to 'fit in.' It doesn't feel good or fun to be around these lower frequency people and you can't wait to leave. Listening to your body is key. Your body will 'repel' someone who drains you or irritates you, and your body will lean into someone who gives you the energetic alignment your spirit needs.
Noticing your energy, is it lower than normal? Is it ramped up too high? Both of those aren't great feelings, I know. If it's lower than normal that's a signal to take a break, walk away from the digital screens and rest for a bit. Even 15 minutes is great to just close your eyes and recenter your energy
Hearing thoughts in your mind, what are your thoughts doing? Are they running rampant? Are they dull? It's time for a gentle distraction, and a good time to lay down or sit quietly, and listen to grounding frequency music 7.83hz with your eyes closed. Breathe in and out as you recalibrate your mind into calmness.
Feeling within your heart space. How does your heart space feel? Does it feel open when you're with certain people? Does it feel shut off or closed off with others? This is normal and I experience it too. Certain people can either project the energy that matches your frequency, or they come at you like a lead balloon. Notice how your heart space feels around different people and you will notice right a way if you align with them on an energetic level.
Recognizing your aura. Notice how your aura feels. Is it heavy? Is it airy? Does it feel like a warm hug around your body? These are all ways your aura can feel. Recognize it, notice it, be one with it.
If your aura feels heavy I recommend you try to ground yourself by walking barefoot in the grass, standing with your eyes closed facing the sun, meditation, humming, or doing breathing exercises. You can add in the breath work with all of these calm grounding suggestions.
Clean your dirty aura with Selenite wand. Swipe the wand around your body and head to clear off all of the unwanted energy you have collected from others during your day. These will all help you feel lighter, energetic and more productive.
If your aura feels airy you may have some tears or tiny holes in your auric field. It needs to heal and become unified again. You can do this by resting, using a selenite wand to clear and heal if the intentions are set, taking a bath, meditating...all of these need to be done with the intention of healing your aura.
Don't forget, you must set your intention to "heal your aura" before you begin and during these rituals.
A healthy aura should feel like a warm hug around your body. It's always changing and it's always interacting with other energies so it's good to take care of it when you think of it. It's so beautiful, just like you! We don't want it dull or torn ♥.
