Priorities. Why being mindful matters.

We have choices to make every single day, and how we prioritize them is also a choice.
What do you lead with while prioritizing your energy and time?
Everyone thinks differently, thank goodness, and we all have similar decisions to make throughout the day.

Do you spend an extra 2 minutes giving your dog or cat some pets before you leave the house, even if you’re running late? Are your animal’s feelings a priority for you?

Do you allow someone else’s opinions dictate what you ultimately prioritize? Is it really your decision you’re making? Or are you just going with the non-confrontational route to please others, risking hurting someone else’s feelings? Aren’t you a priority too?

Do you think of others when you’re doing your tasks, to make sure they are taken care of? Or do you only think of yourself?
These are all valid daily events that we encounter, and we all prioritize things in different ways.
However, we need to take pauses throughout our day.
It matters! It really does matter, not only to you but to others.

Putting someone’s needs before yours is a beautiful and selfless act.

Putting someone’s emotions first is a heart centered reflex within our aura.

Putting someone’s situation in front of you is important and means the world to them.
All of these things are results of being PRESENT.
Feeling into a moment.
Sensing emotions within another and acting on them.
Knowing who needs what, in any given moment.
I invite you to be present daily and prioritize your moments in a way that help bring joy to yourself and to others. It all matters and you will feel it in your heart space when you turn up your aura and connect on an energetic level.
Life can be really amazing if we just tune in.
