If you live through your senses, your life is exceptionally MORE! 

By living through your senses, you experience a richer, brighter, tastier, vibrant, loveable, sweet life.

Have you ever tried to live through your senses?

Have you ever tried to touch something with your eyes?
I do it all the time!

I live in Northern Colorado. I see wild animals daily and I am obsessed with all of them. I know I can’t physically touch a wild animal, or a strange insect I don’t know about, but I can use my senses to touch them.

As I tap into their energy psychically, I will use my eyes to focus on their fur, the texture, the color, the length, the mud caked areas on the fur, the matted sap drips on the fur, the softer fur in the ears and on the underside of the neck area.

Ahhhhh I can feel the fur with my eyes and within my energy. I am connected with the deer and her fur through my sense of sight.

It makes my whole body smile, every time!

I use my senses to their max, daily.

I love stretching my senses outwardly, so I can get the most out of every moment in my life, THIS is important to me.

You know that sound that you hear when popcorn is popping? You hear it and then you can taste the popcorn, just by hearing that sound. Same thing when you hear bacon sizzling in a pan, you hear it and then taste it. Now, I know you can usually smell bacon before you can hear it cooking, but it's the same idea. You use your nose to smell the bacon and then you can taste it.

Living through your senses is a wonderful way to keep your mental health in a positive space. By being present, and using your senses daily you will naturally have more gratitude for the little things which add up to bigger things at the end of the day.

Today is National Mental Health day. I feel very strongly about mental health and how we can take steps to live in a more intentional high vibe energy every day. It’s so important to immerse yourself into your world. The world around you plays a huge part in how you feel, both internally and externally. The people you surround yourself with makes a huge impact on your mental health too.

We are all connected through energy.

If you are vibing high, you will feel happier, show more kindness, empathy and love, which will cause a ripple effect out into the world around you. THIS is what the world needs right now ♥

  2. Sunlight which raises vitamin D naturally

I hope this changes the way you experience your day. I will touch more on being present another time, but this is a great start.

Being energetically connected to every living thing is a magic only you can make.
Nobody can take it away from us because it comes from your soul.
