The Private Spiritual Mentorship Program and Spiritual Development Classes and 4-part Mini-Series is designed to support spiritually gifted individuals in developing confidence, awareness, and trust in their personal spiritual abilities. The Program may include private sessions, guidance, exercises, discussions, and energetic or symbolic practices as determined by the Mentor, Kim Nicholls.

The Program is educational and experiential in nature and is intended for personal exploration and development.

Client Responsibility

The Client agrees to:

  • Participate willingly and responsibly
  • Use discernment and personal judgment at all times
  • Seek appropriate professional support outside the Program when needed
  • Maintain respectful communication with the Mentor

The Client understands that spiritual mentorship is a collaborative process and results depend on personal engagement and effort.

Mentor Boundaries:

The Mentor reserves the right to:

  • Decline or terminate mentorship if the Client behaves in a disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate manner.
  • Adjust session structure or delivery as needed for energetic or professional integrity.

Termination by the Mentor does not entitle the Client to a refund.

Confidentiality:

All personal information shared during the Program will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
